“Filozofia Publiczna i Edukacja Demokratyczna” to recenzowane czasopismo naukowo-edukacyjne poświęcone kształceniu w zakresie filozofii, etyki oraz edukacji demokratycznej i prawnej. U podstaw naszej wizji leży ideał uprawiania nauki publicznej, to znaczy łączącej elementy badawcze, dydaktyczne i realizację trzeciej misji Uniwersytetu, czyli współpracy z otoczeniem publicznym. W naszych zamierzeniach czasopismo ma stanowić transdyscyplinarną platformę, z jednej strony dla naukowej refleksji i analizy zjawisk społecznych, politycznych i kulturowych, zaś z drugiej dla rozwijania nowych metod dydaktycznych. W dziale przeznaczonym dla nauczycieli i uczniów szkół średnich prezentujemy wzorcowe opracowania wybranych zagadnień z podstawy programowej nauczania filozofii i etyki. Redaktorzy „Filozofii Publicznej i Edukacji Demokratycznej” żywią nadzieję, że inicjując to czasopismo, projektują zarazem wspólnotę badaczy, a wraz z nią pewien sposób życia, który określić można jako demokratyczny. Wspólnotę badaczy, uczącą i uczącą się, którą stanowią naukowcy i studenci, nauczyciele i uczniowie, a także obywatele zainteresowani rozwojem swoich kompetencji demokratycznych.

Lingua ac Communitas is an international philosophy journal published by Department of Philosophy of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland. Established in 1992, Lingua ac Communitas has since become the most renowned and prestigious philosophy journal in field of language and social communication, featuring thoughtful articles authored by experience academics as well as young scholars around the world. Each year, Lingua ac Communitas publishes variety papers in philosophy. We accept submissions every May and print the journal during the late summer. Lingua ac Communitas is distributed to philosophy departments and libraries across the country, and archived copies of recent issues are also available online.

The Methodological Studies is a philosophical journal devoted to a wide range of methodological issues, such as general methodology of science, the results of scientific knowledge and various research procedures applied in formal, natural and social sciences. The journal invites also contributions that deal with sciences that only begin to form the methodological foundations, such as cognitive sciences, bio-medical sciences, climat change sciences and all other applied sciences. Finally, the journal welcomes also papers that present various case studies provided that they offer conclusions which are either general in nature or essentially important for a given science.
