Piotr Leśniewski, Professor at Department of Logic and Methodology of Sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland). Author of two monographs in Polish: The Problem of Reducibilityin Non-Reductionistic Theories of Questions (1997) and Dialogue Society. Prolegomena to the Theory of Reconciliation (2014). Co-author (with Katarzyna Gan-Krzywoszyńska) of the biography Kazimierz Ajdukiewicz (1890-1963) (2016). Co-editor (with Juan Manuel Campos Benítez and Katarzyna Gan-Krzywoszyńska) of two special issues of Methodological Studies on anti-irrationalism (No 35/2015) and analogy (No 37/2016), and a special issue Philosophies on Analogy (2019).
His research fields are: analytic philosophy, philosophy of dialogue, erotetic logic and its applications in the humanities. He is the author of over 50 publications – in English, Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese.
